if you look at the new jobs growth, quite a significant amount of new jobs growth is in the healthcare space. i think it is back to, how do we think about what needs to be done with respect to creating and redesigning our work force necessary to support care management, disease management, moving people who do not need to be in institutions, whether it be a nursing home or a hospital in to the community? surely more needs to be done about developing career paths, etc. but to the extent that we are bringing more people in, to the point of resisting the traditional fee-for-service model, which is the way they get paid, that is not a good thing. without taking too much time -- i think these are the kinds of discussions that really need to be held at the state level, because you want to look at the building constructions. you want to look at what has been going on. there has been an explosion of building and construction. how can we possibly deal with the overhead demands that that creates in the future if you think about reducing health-care costs? how do we think about opportunities to d
